SMNC Technologies grew out of a simple observation: US IT staffing firms were paying one vendor for helpdesk support and another for marketing — and neither vendor understood how an ATS, a VMS or a recruiter's day actually worked. We built a single team that speaks both languages, so our clients get one point of contact instead of two invoices and two learning curves.
